Muhavre

Keeping India in mind, I chose to work with the national language “Hindi”. One the most prominent and funny part of the language that I find, are the proverbs, idioms or in Hindi “muhavare”. The Muhavare (or idioms)  mean something way different than its literal meaning and I thought of using that mismatch as my concept.

I chose to perform my self for this artwork. ( yes thats me and my eyes! )

Medium : Photography, Image manipulation
